Welcome to my website. I have been helping my clients achieve their business objectives since 1976. For most of that time, I’ve devoted the majority of my practice to the health care  industry, representing clients in transactional and regulatory matters as a partner in a boutique health law firm, a global law firm and in solo practice. 

I provide a broad array of corporate, business, real estate and general counsel services for health care clients including physicians, medical groups and health systems, as well as a number of clients outside the health care industry. Since opening a solo practice at the end of 2010, I have represented individual physicians and other providers, medical groups, and nonprofit organizations (as both acquired and acquiring parties) in more than twenty health care related acquisition transactions.
